Before going shopping at the supermarket, it’s better to look at newspaper ads, or grocery store flyers to check what is on sale and their prices. You may also check it online to see that latest item on sale.

 

2. Prepare a list of grocery and strictly follow it.


You should include only the things which you need to cook healthy meals and evening snacks. For this purpose, you can prepare a menu which can help you focus on the things together which you need to buy.

 Here is another way to save money at the supermarkets. Coupons may lessen your expenses as you can use it when you go to eat. But don’t forget to check the expiry date of your coupons.
